Scene
Jimothy Dyck is in high school.
He inadvertently upsets Benny, a metal dude from Banger Hall.
Benny gets really mad and transforms into a werewolf.
The werewolf is eight feet tall with a five-foot reach to the tip of its claws.
Jimothy and the werewolf are transported to a battle arena in the woods.
The battle takes place in a clearing under moonlit night.
Attack 1: Werewolf Attacks Jimothy – “Werewolf Attack”
Jimothy’s only weapon is a fifteen-foot-long spear with a razor-sharp silver blade tip.
The spear is lightweight, flexible, and made of a custom-silver alloy. It can bend and whip around to deliver a fatal strike (strong damage; very difficult to control).
The werewolf charges at Jimothy.
Jimothy crouches next to his spear. The spear is hidden in the grass. He remains cool as a cucumber while the werewolf races toward him, snarling. He has one chance to impale the werewolf.
The werewolf lunges at Jimothy - it wants to rip his throat out.
Jimothy lifts the spear while the werewolf is mid-air.
Does the werewolf fall upon the silver blade? Roll the die to find out… (Need 6 to win battle)
Die Roll: “4” → Attack is unsuccessful
Attack 2: Jimothy Attacks Werewolf – “Crouching Ninja Hidden Werewolf”
The battle intensifies. Jimothy keeps the werewolf out of reach with the spear, performing acrobatic ninja moves like in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.
The spear is difficult to control and ineffective at close combat.
Jimothy attempts a fatal whipping strike against the werewolf.
Is the fatal whipping strike successful? Roll the die to find out… (Need 5 or higher to win battle)
Die Roll: “3” → Attack is unsuccessful
Attack 3: Werewolf Attacks Jimothy – “Kill ‘em with Kindness”
The werewolf closes in.
Jimothy is cornered and defenseless.
The werewolf tries to kill Jimothy with kindness. He bakes Jimothy a poison berry pie.
The pie smells absolutely delicious. The werewolf pours Jimothy a cup of milk and serves him a piece of yummy poison berry pie.
Jimothy licks his lips, like he's so hungry. He can’t wait to eat the pie.
Jimothy takes a big bite of the werewolf’s poison berry pie – the secret ingredient is… poison!
Does Jimothy die from the poison berry pie? Roll the die to find out… (Need 4 or higher to win battle)
Die Roll: “3” → Attack is unsuccessful
